Rachel combines a strong coaching ethos and highly collaborative approach to her work which allows her clients to grow in a safe and supportive environment. Similarly, Rachel is open, honest and constantly looks to challenge herself and her clients in search of bigger and better.
“My business background has taught me that the fastest way to go backwards in an ever-changing world is to stand still and bemoan the current challenges. Consequently – I am a true fan of the infamous Jim Rohn’s quote – “Don’t wish it was easier, wish that you were better”. As business owners and top executives we simply never stop learning. Not unlike a tree when we stop growing, we’re effectively dying!

Rachel is a highly experienced Executive Coach,  accredited True ColorsTM practitioner & Certified Business Coach with over 15 years of experience.
