That’s why I’ve always believed that the key to a great strategy lies in a process that begins with the end in mind, what we call SMART objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timed).
I have a love for growth. Whether this is supporting a business to grow to a new level of profitability or working with an individual to develop a skill set. Being able to look back and say ‘I played a part in supporting them’ is what really lights my fire.
