I stayed at Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae on January 19-24, 2024.
The worst thing is that the ventilation system in the bathroom is very bad. The bathroom smells bad. I called the staff and sent a caretaker or Hotel engineering. But it didn’t disappear and the smell still stinks as before. On January 20, the officer informed again that it had been fixed, but I don’t know what to do because the staff has been sent to fix it.
The staff who took the matter didn’t come up, check and take care of me, which smelled all over the room, I endured until January 23.
Until the night of the January 23, I called to inform again. And asked to change the room The staff changed. But there was no service or help lifting And don’t apologize at all And the staff who came up said She also smelled a lot.
When checking out, there is no apology from the lane staff. I’m very upset about this hotel. I should get a good service at the price I paid.
The hotel should have a policy to take responsibility this time.
