Professor Ruixue Li received his B.A. degree from Literature and Foreign Languages Department of Nanjing University, China, and obtained his M.A. and PhD from Graduate School of International Development of Nagoya University, Japan. Prior to join Hosei University, Professor Li worked in Faculty of Economic of Toyama University, Japan. Professor Li is now working at the Faculty of Business Administration and the Research Institute for Innovation Management, Hosei. University. His current research interests include logistics and supply chain management, logistics clusters, international railway transportation; logistics strategy, Belt and Road Initiative.
