Dr. Demetrice Williams is a founder of Wise Prospects, LLC a coaching and consulting firm that works with various doctors of education and philosophy to create informative and engaging courses to help improve the way we currently live and work. He completed his graduation from University of Phoenix, Phoenix Arizona, USA where he majored in Industrial/Organizational psychology. In 2020, Dr. Williams participated in the SciTech Central Conferences on Management Sciences in Bangkok, Thailand via a virtual presentation. His presentation was entitled, “Engaging Diverse Generations in the 21st Century Workplace”. In 2021 Dr. Williams hopes to enlighten the world on the prevention of deaths due to falls from heights in construction with a presentation entitled, “Actions and Behaviors of Safety Managers that contribute to the Prevention of Harness-Induced Pathology in the Construction Industry. Last year’s participation in the conference was very rewarding and is demonstrated in his virtual presentation on Engaging Diverse Generations winning Best Video design for the conference.
