Leah Ben-Ami began a new role as the Learning and Development Lead at C Space in October 2018. Previously, she was the Director of Academic Operations for the Lowell Institute School within the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University for over three years.
She was responsible for leading all administrative aspects of the Lowell Institute School including system and process mapping and design; performance analysis and reporting; project planning, scheduling, oversight and evaluation; short-term and long-term goal development; and execution of operational and strategic plans. Leah worked closely with program directors, academic deans, office staff, and enrollment and marketing staff. She is also a part-time instructor for the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, teaching strategic human resources management and leading teams. She recently completed the Northeastern University Doctor of Education program, with a focus in Higher Education Administration.
