Elizabeth Crosse

Elizabeth is one of the 1% of coaches globally to attain the International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach credential.  With over 30 years of expertise in coaching and training in the UK and abroad she has a proven track record of delivering pragmatic, effective coaching and development solutions that meet emerging business needs. Her clients have included Coty, BNP, Société Générale, LBS, the NHS, Novartis, Nomad Foods, UK Power Networks, EUSA Pharma, BIG, Nestle and various government departments including the Home Office and MoJ.

Her practice has two main areas of focus; leadership coaching and facilitating the professional development of coaches. Common to both is an emphasis on enabling the absorption of new learning and awareness into who we are and how we work.  She specialises in working with leaders who are taking their organisations through major transformations and need to engage and influence key stakeholders and management teams to implement successful transitions. Working with evolving goals and objectives, she helps individuals engage in different, more beneficial ways with current and future challenges to create sustainable changes and develop practical courses of action that deliver results.

Her insight and compassion allow her to challenge with integrity, build trust and inspire individuals to achieve their ambitions and deliver excellence.  Her approach is pragmatic, solution and future focused. Elizabeth holds 3 Master’s degrees including an MA in Coaching and Mentoring. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and member of the British Psychological Society, holding full Level B status and is qualified to administer a wide range of personality, ability and aptitude measures.  Her extensive training includes wellbeing coaching. She is an accredited supervisor and an ICF registered coach mentor. This background enables her to work holistically using intellectual rigor in a way that is structured and flexible to responding to the specific requirements of clients.
