Through the partnership between Coastline Housing and the University of Exeter and others, we have created a project which understands the digital competency of our customers, maps out their technology aspirations and trains them to help them reach their goals.
This matters because Coastline – along with many essential services – is moving more and more services online, which results in efficiency gains, and we need to ensure people are not left behind.
An important part of our social purpose is to make use of our position as landlords to help people on their life journey where we can.
